Jai Chinnakonda
Founder & CEO
Jai is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ENGAIZ. The tech company was founded to help organizations mitigate digital risks (cybersecurity, data privacy, third party risk, regulatory compliance) to build digital trust with customers and partners.
A seasoned business leader in the technology services industry with a flair to leverage emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
Previous to his current venture, for close to two decades, Jai has held many technical and senior leadership roles with companies like IBM, ATOS Syntel and Tech Mahindra. As an experienced IT Services Executive and a Trusted Advisor, his responsibilities included managing large client IT outsourcing engagements, CxO level executive relationship management, P&L, business growth, delivery management, delivery assurance and customer satisfaction across North America, UK and Europe.
Matt Cass
Chief Growth Officer
Matt has over 15 years of experience as a marketer, entrepreneur, and business development leader. His ability to generate successful outcomes for the clients and businesses he works with is driven by a customer-centric and collaborative approach to solving problems. As the Chief Growth Officer at ENGAIZ, Matt is primarily focused on cultivating a sustainable growth framework that is built around our customers’ needs.
Prior to joining ENGAIZ, Matt spent three years as the Founder of a venture-backed startup, which was built to make parents’ lives easier by offering rentals and subscriptions on a curated selection of baby equipment and furniture. Matt also spent seven years in leadership development, building custom executive education programs for leaders at some of Canada’s top-performing companies.
Matt holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He lives in Toronto with his wife, two children, and a dog named Murphy.
Anil Gutta
Head – India Operations
Anil Gutta has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry and is a leader in setting up product engineering centres for multiple organisations in India as well as overseas, including EY, CGI, and Pyxis. In addition to leading the India business operations, Anil’s focus will be to drive ENGAIZ’s overall growth strategy, build partner channels, work with Startup ecosystem and drive enterprise and third-party customer signups and logo acquisitions.
Prior to joining ENGAIZ, Anil was recently an Executive Director at E&Y India leading the overall Global Delivery Center. He supported and grew the business from ground zero to $250 million in revenue with an annual CAGR of around 45%.
Anil has global experience across the USA, UK, Middle East & APAC regions in supporting RFPs, sales, and delivery of business solutions. Anil was also instrumental in implementing ISO 9001 and CMMI level 5 at E&Y India.
Anil has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from Acharya Nagarjuna University, India.

Matthew Davies has around 30+ years of experience in the insurance industry of which the last 25 years has been with Chubb Insurance Company of Canada.
At Chubb, Matthew Davies was Vice-President and product manager for Professional, Media and Cyber Liability until June 2022. In his professional career in the insurance industry, Matthew worked first as an Insurance Broker and then as Underwriter in Montreal. He went on to work in Vancouver for AXA Pacific and was invited to join Chubb there. At Chubb, Matthew took the lead on introducing Chubb’s CyberSecurity product to Canada in 2009. He was a member of the drafting team for new products in both Cyber and Errors & Omissions Insurance. Matthew has been a frequent speaker at events across Canada and in the United States on topics concerning errors and omissions, media liability, and cyber exposures.

Patrick is a lawyer and specialty commercial insurance expert with a passion for helping companies and professionals with their specialty insurance and risk management needs. He offers expertise in coverage analysis and claims advocacy with a particular specialization in professional liability and cyber liability insurance. This includes coverage reviews, state of the market, expert witness support, product design and for cyber pre- and post-breach incident response preparedness. As a former in-house claims lawyer, Patrick also has knowledge of claims management for insurers and claims advocacy for insureds.
A graduate of Windsor Law School in 1997, Patrick began his career as an associate lawyer before joining the Legal and Claims Department of London Guarantee Insurance Company, specializing in Directors’ and Officers’ and Professional Liability (E&O).
