Keith is an information technology leader with extensive experience in financial services and commodity trading. Keith was the first US CIO for Scotiabank, introducing an IT Risk culture and Cybersecurity framework, to meet state and federal regulatory legislation. Over the past 20+ years, Keith has had a variety of global technology leadership roles for leading financial services institutions and commodity trading organizations, leading large transformation initiatives cultural change.
Keith is a research scholar within the Digital Financial Services Observatory at Columbia University, where he’s developing a process-based Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework for Digital Financial Services. Keith is also a member of the Board of Directors for the New York Metropolitan Chapter of ISACA.
Keith has a BSC (Hons) degree from the University of Strathclyde, and lives in Connecticut. He is married with three children spread across, UK, USA and Canada, and is an avid sports participant and fan.

He is a Certified Third-Party Risk Management Professional (C3PRMP) and a Certified Supplier Management Professional (CSMP). Jai is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals. He was also a contributing member to the first draft of The Standard for Program Management released by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mr. Alexander is an experienced financial services executive, having served in Operations and Technology roles at TD Bank, CIBC, Manulife Financial and Street Capital Bank of Canada.
He is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Chubb Insurance Canada. As CIO, he is responsible for delivery and operation of applications and infrastructure to support the Chubb Canada lines of business. His passion is the integration of leading-edge technologies and methodology into regulated industries to achieve epic customer experiences and efficient processes.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Professional Engineer and holds a B.Sc and an MBA from Queen’s University. Mr. Alexander lives in Toronto with his wife and two boys and spends his free time supporting their swimming and hockey activity.

Shebina Kanani is an information technology leader with extensive experience in financial services. Ms. Kanani had global responsibilities with Scotiabank in her capacity as Vice President, Information Technology Outsourcing and Supplier Management. Ms. Kanani’s current role is with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as an IT Executive Consultant with their Global Supplier Management Office. Over her extensive career, Ms. Kanani has developed expertise in outsourcing, governance, leadership development, IT procurement, application development management, vendor management, innovation, asset management, accessibility, strategic planning and project management for mission critical systems.
In addition to her impressive career accomplishments, Shebina is also active on a number of volunteer organizations and Boards.

Mark is currently an independent strategic advisor for business development and operations.Over the past 20+ years, he has held numerous senior management positions in both private and public companies including General Manager of a division of J2 Global, COO of GoldenSource Corporation, General Manager of a division of Checkfree (now Fiserv) and Regional Manager at Dun & Bradstreet Software.In addition, Mark was co-founder of a successful start-up reselling ERP to the mid-market manufacturing sector.
Mark lives in New Jersey and is involved in several charitable organizations. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Prevention Coalition of Monmouth County – a coalition of organizations combating the substance abuse epidemic.Mark enjoys catamaran sailing and golf.
Managing Partner, Merit Outsourcing Advisors
Michael is the Managing Partner for Merit Outsourcing Advisors, a leading Canadian Sourcing Advisory firm. Prior to his current leadership role, he was in the outsourcing practise at Deloitte, Pricewaterhouse Coopers Consulting and IBM. His expertise is focused on developing business process and IT sourcing strategies, outsourcing deal investigation, providing transaction leadership, structuring service delivery, advising clients on outsourcing re-negotiation strategies, building effective outsourcing governance and vendor management models, and services delivery optimization strategies.
Michael has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto. He is a frequent speaker at outsourcing and sourcing industry events, including: Centre for Outsourcing Research & Education (CORE), Schulich School of Business, Project Management Institute and the Canadian Technology Law Association. He also serves on a wide range of corporate and not-for-profit boards. Michael is on the CORE Executive Education Faculty and is an Accredited Outsourcing Practitioner (AOP).
CIO, Street Capital Bank of Canada
Mr. Alexander is an experienced financial services executive, having served in Operations and Technology roles at TD Bank, CIBC, and Manulife Financial.
