As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Jai Chinnakonda is building a security-first compliance platform that helps organizations mitigate digital risks across cybersecurity, data privacy, third-party risk, and regulatory compliance, while strengthening trust with customers and partners.
At the core of this vision is ComplySec360™—an agentic AI–powered operating system designed to build security first and make compliance a natural by-product. ComplySec360 brings together real security controls, compliance automation, cyber-warranty readiness, and insurance alignment, delivering modern, end-to-end 360° cyber protection that scales with the business.
Jai brings nearly two decades of global technology leadership experience, having held senior roles at IBM, Atos Syntel, and Tech Mahindra, where he led large enterprise engagements, built high-performing teams, and served as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders across North America, the UK, and Europe.
With ENGAIZ, Jai is focused on building the digital infrastructure of trust—where strong security enables growth, confidence, and resilience.

Anil Gutta
Chief Strategy & Growth Officer & Head of ENGAIZ India Operations
Anil Gutta has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry and is a leader in setting up product engineering centres for multiple organisations in India as well as overseas, including EY, CGI, and Pyxis
Prior to joining ENGAIZ, Anil was recently an Executive Director at E&Y India leading the overall Global Delivery Center which he expanded from 5 FTE to 2000 FTE spread across 10 locations in India & abroad. He supported and grew the business from ground zero to $250 million in revenue with an annual CAGR of around 45%.
Anil has global experience across the USA, UK, Middle East & APAC regions in supporting RFPs, sales, and delivery of business solutions. Anil was also instrumental in implementing ISO 9001 and CMMI level 5 at E&Y India.
Anil has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from Acharya Nagarjuna University, India.

Raj has over two decades of experience in the technology consulting space with extensive expertise in risk, compliance, and cybersecurity. At ENGAIZ, Raj integrates multiple roles to drive business growth through exceptional customer satisfaction and comprehensive risk and compliance solutions. He is responsible for leading the overall information security and compliance business.
Raj excels in evaluating and enhancing organizational security and risk posture, leading numerous audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. His leadership is marked by the strategic implementation of controls to effectively mitigate risks. Throughout his career, Raj has successfully managed teams and large-scale programs, utilizing multi-layered security measures to address evolving threats. He also plays a key role in expanding the client base by offering tailored security solutions and fostering long-term relationships.
Raj holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). He lives in New Jersey with his wife, two children, and a dog named Rocky.

Michael has held senior security leadership roles including Head of Information Security and Risk (CISO) at Loblaw Companies Limited, Country CISO for Ally Bank (Canada), and security leadership positions with Canadian Tire, Suncor Energy, and USC Canada. Earlier in his career, he also served as a frontline paramedic and first responder, shaping his decisive, risk-based leadership style.
Michael is also a Strategic CISO Advisor and Strategic Partner to ENGAIZ, where his executive guidance on cyber risk governance, security architecture, and compliance strategy helps ensure ENGAIZ clients receive practical, scalable, and audit-ready security outcomes aligned with enterprise CISO standards.

Peter J Worth Jr is the Founder, President, and CEO of Athena Security Group, with over 20 years of executive leadership in cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS operations. Prior to Athena, he spent nearly two decades leading technology and security operations for a top-tier insurance brokerage, supporting highly regulated, global enterprises.
Earlier in his career, Peter held senior leadership roles at Aria Systems, Taleo, CoreCentive, and Portal Software, where he helped design, scale, and secure cloud and SaaS infrastructures foundational to modern application platforms. His background spans CTO, CISO, and security operations roles, giving him deep expertise in operational excellence and enterprise-scale security.
Peter is also a Strategic Cyber Defence Advisor and Strategic Partner to ENGAIZ, where he provides executive guidance on cloud security architecture, AI-enabled cyber defense, and scalable security operations. He has also led go-to-market and revenue strategy for an AI-powered procure-to-pay platform, significantly improving pipeline quality, win rates, and forecast accuracy.

Keith Bowie is a seasoned technology executive and Strategic Advisor with deep expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity risk, and enterprise-scale transformation. Keith previously served as U.S. CIO for Scotiabank, where he built and led a 120+ person technology organization and established strong cybersecurity and regulatory compliance capabilities in a highly regulated financial services environment. At Chubb, Matthew Davies was Vice-President and product manager for Professional, Media and Cyber Liability until June 2022. In his professional career in the insurance industry, Matthew worked first as an Insurance Broker and then as Underwriter in Montreal. He went on to work in Vancouver for AXA Pacific and was invited to join Chubb there. At Chubb, Matthew took the lead on introducing Chubb’s CyberSecurity product to Canada in 2009. He was a member of the drafting team for new products in both Cyber and Errors & Omissions Insurance. Matthew has been a frequent speaker at events across Canada and in the United States on topics concerning errors and omissions, media liability, and cyber exposures.
