AI & Data Use – Frequently Asked Questions
ENGAIZ uses a combination of industry-leading third-party AI platforms, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, to power its AI Services. These platforms are accessed exclusively through secure, encrypted APIs. ENGAIZ maintains a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with each AI provider to ensure that no client data is used to train their underlying models.

When you use ENGAIZ AI features, your inputs (such as prompts, queries, or uploaded information) may be transmitted securely via API to our third-party AI providers for the sole purpose of generating responses. ENGAIZ ensures through its DPAs that:

  • Your data is not used to train third-party AI foundation models.
  • Data is processed only to deliver outputs back to you.
  • Any temporary retention by providers is limited to security, abuse monitoring, or troubleshooting purposes only.

ENGAIZ applies multiple layers of security to safeguard client data when using AI Services:

  • API Security: All communications with third-party AI platforms are encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS).
  • Vendor Controls: ENGAIZ selects only vendors that meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):Formal agreements ensure that providers process ENGAIZ and client data only as instructed and never use it for model training.
  • Access Controls: ENGAIZ enforces strict access permissions and monitoring to prevent unauthorized use of AI features.
No. ENGAIZ does not use your confidential business data, customer data, or any identifiable information for AI training. Only anonymized, aggregated data may be used internally by ENGAIZ to improve service performance and monitoring — never for model training by third-party AI providers.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions. ENGAIZ provides these outputs for informational and assistive purposes only. Clients are responsible for validating outputs and maintaining human oversight before using them in business, legal, compliance, or decision-making contexts.
