Jai Chinnakonda

Founder & CEO 

Jai Chinnakonda is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of ENGAIZ. The tech company was founded based on an underlying philosophy that revolves around the need to help businesses effectively deal with digital risks.

“We started ENGAIZ with the sole purpose of helping businesses effectively deal with digital risks for a sustainable future.  OPEN3PRX™ provides organizations with the most comprehensive digital risk management solution.” says Jai Chinnakonda. 

Leveraging his and the advisory boards decades of experience as leaders in risk management, the ENGAIZ platform embeds in its design an integrated risk management solution.

Before his current venture, for close to two decades, Jai has held many technical and senior leadership roles with global companies like IBM, ATOS Syntel and Tech Mahindra. As an experienced IT Executive and a Trusted Advisor, his responsibilities included managing large technology outsourcing engagements across North America, UK and Europe.

Jai is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals. He was also a contributing member to the first draft of The Standard for Program Management released by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is a Founding Director of ServeIndia.Org – a non-profit organization dedicated to giving back to home country.

Anil Gutta

Chief Strategy & Growth Officer 

Managing Director – India

Anil Gutta has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry and is a leader in setting up product engineering centres for multiple organisations in India as well as overseas, including EY, CGI, and Pyxis.  In addition to leading the India business operations, Anil’s focus will be to drive ENGAIZ’s overall growth strategy, build partner channels, work with Startup ecosystem and drive enterprise and third-party customer signups and logo acquisitions.  

Prior to joining ENGAIZ, Anil was recently an Executive Director at E&Y India leading the overall Global Delivery Center which he expanded from 5 FTE to 2000 FTE spread across ten locations in India & abroad. He supported and grew the business from ground zero to $250 million in revenue with an annual CAGR of around 45%.    

Anil has global experience across the USA, UK, Middle East & APAC regions in supporting RFPs, sales, and delivery of business solutions. Anil was also instrumental in implementing ISO 9001 and CMMI level 5 at E&Y India.  

Anil has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from Acharya Nagarjuna University, India.

Matthew Davies

Specialty Insurance – Cyber, Media & Tech

 Management Consultant

Matthew Davies has around 30+ years of experience in the insurance industry of which the last 25 years has been with Chubb Insurance Company of Canada.

At Chubb, Matthew Davies was Vice-President and product manager for Professional, Media and Cyber Liability until June 2022. In his professional career in the insurance industry, Matthew worked first as an Insurance Broker and then as Underwriter in Montreal. He went on to work in Vancouver for AXA Pacific and was invited to join Chubb there. At Chubb, Matthew took the lead on introducing Chubb’s CyberSecurity product to Canada in 2009. He was a member of the drafting team for new products in both Cyber and Errors & Omissions Insurance. Matthew has been a frequent speaker at events across Canada and in the United States on topics concerning errors and omissions, media liability, and cyber exposures.

Holding an industry designation of Fellow, Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and a diploma in Risk Management (CRM), he has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Arts degree in History from McGill University.

Beyond his career in insurance, Matthew was a member of the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) Reserve for 43 years, prior to his retirement in September 2020. He was a Logistics Officer with the rank Captain (Navy). Some of the highlights of his service with the RCN Reserve, included being Commanding Officer of HMCS YORK, Toronto’s Naval Reserve Division and a deployment on operations as the Assistant Chief of Staff – Logistics (N4) for OPERATION PODIUM, the Canadian Forces’ mission in support of the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. He completed senior officer courses at the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany; the Joint Services Command and Staff College in Shrivenham, United Kingdom; and is a graduate of the Canadian Forces College in Toronto. Matthew’s last appointment, prior to retiring, was as the Regional Liaison Officer for Ontario for the Canadian Forces Liaison Council, from 2017 to 2020. Captain (Navy) Retired Matthew Davies still serves in his retirement as an Honorary Aide-de-Camp (AdC) to Her Honour, Elizabeth Dowdeswell, the 29th Lieutenant Governor of Ontario.

As a Management Consultant and Strategic Advisor, Matthew Davies is a mentor and advisor to ENGAIZ, providing expert advice on strategic projects, product strategy and our development roadmap.
