Our management team and advisory board comprises of a mix of technology and domain experts in third-party governance, risk and compliance. The team brings in a unique

  • Managing large vendor management programs / office being part of an enterprise organization (Buyer).
  • Managing large customer outsourcing engagements being part of vendor organization (Provider).

We strongly believe this blend of expertise helps see things from both perspectives.

Jai Chinnakonda

Founder & CEO 

Jai Chinnakonda is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of ENGAIZ. The tech company was founded based on an underlying philosophy that revolves around the need to build lasting relationship with third parties / vendor partners to help enterprise organizations meet business objectives by effective engagement, mitigating risks, controlling costs, driving performance and innovation.

“Digitally transforming organizations are increasingly dependent on third parties of varying sizes. A shift from pure ‘Cost’ focus to a cost plus ‘Shared Risk’ & ‘Value’ focus when engaging with strategic third-party vendors seem to be imminent. This has led us to bring to the market an AI-Driven Integrated Third-Party Engagement Platform that combines Vendor Relationship & Engagement with strong Risk Management” says Jai Chinnakonda. 

Leveraging his and the advisory boards decades of experience as leaders in outsourcing and risk management, the ENGAIZ platform embeds in its design an integrated risk, relationship management and governance, enabled by AI and risk insight partnerships. As a Certified Third Party Risk Management Professional, his passion is to help both enterprises and their third-parties / vendors to build a win-win relationship.

Before his current venture, for close to two decades, Jai has held many technical and senior leadership roles with global companies like IBM, ATOS Syntel and Tech Mahindra. As an experienced IT Executive and a Trusted Advisor, his responsibilities included managing large technology outsourcing engagements across North America, UK and Europe.

Jai is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals. He was also a contributing member to the first draft of The Standard for Program Management released by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is a Founding Director of ServeIndia.Org – a non-profit organization dedicated to giving back to home country.

Keith Bowie


Keith is an information technology leader with extensive experience in financial services and commodity trading. At ENGAIZ, Keith provides technical thought leadership, drives technology roadmap and additionally holds the responsibility for overall information security.  

Keith was the first US CIO for Scotiabank, introducing an IT Risk culture and Cybersecurity framework, to meet state and federal regulatory legislation. Over the past 20+ years, Keith has had a variety of global technology leadership roles for leading financial services institutions and commodity trading organizations, leading large transformation initiatives cultural change. 

Keith is a research scholar within the Digital Financial Services Observatory at Columbia University, where he’s developing a process-based Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework for Digital Financial Services. Keith is also a member of the Board of Directors for the New York Metropolitan Chapter of ISACA.

Keith has a BSC (Hons) degree from the University of Strathclyde, and lives in Connecticut. He is married with three children spread across, UK, USA and Canada, and is an avid sports participant and fan.

Elisa Romm

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Elisa Romm has 25 years of experience driving business results and innovation as part of her  recent role at Mastercard as Global Executive Vice President  in their Marketing Consulting,  Loyalty and Engagement divisions.  At ENGAIZ, Elisa leads the company’s overall sales and marketing strategy including supporting our digital marketing and social media presence.  Leveraging her broad network, Elisa will also drive new sales and revenue opportunities.

Elisa has one of the most expansive marketing and management backgrounds at Mastercard having pivoted from Business-to-Consumer, launching and nurturing the world-famous and award-winning Priceless Marketing Platform, to Business-to-Business, organizing and advancing Marketing Services prior and post IPO.  

She was selected to lead the Global Marketing Consulting business where she became a growth engine for the business growing 2-3x in less than three years. As a top leader, Ms. Romm mentored many individuals both within and external to Mastercard including a ten-year commitment to help first generation college students learn workplace culture. 

Ms. Romm is the sitting treasurer of the board of NAMI CT, a grass roots mental health advocacy and education organization.  Ms. Romm earned her Bachelor of Science from Union College and her MBA from Boston University.

Michael Hart is the Managing Partner for Merit Outsourcing Advisors, a leading Canadian Sourcing Advisory firm. Prior to his current leadership role, he was in the outsourcing practise at Deloitte, Pricewaterhouse Coopers Consulting and IBM. His expertise is focused on developing business process and IT sourcing strategies, outsourcing deal investigation, providing transaction leadership, structuring service delivery, advising clients on outsourcing re-negotiation strategies, building effective outsourcing governance and vendor management models, and services delivery optimization strategies.

Michael has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto. He is a frequent speaker at outsourcing and sourcing industry events, including: Centre for Outsourcing Research & Education (CORE), Schulich School of Business, Project Management Institute and the Canadian Technology Law Association. Sharon Bauer

Sharon started her career in insurance litigation where she was a partner at a Toronto law firm. Fascinated by the rapid evolution of technology and the precarious nature of personal data, Sharon’s passion about privacy and cybersecurity was ignited – so much so that she pivoted her career and has since dedicated her legal and consulting practice to privacy and security. Sharon worked as a Senior Manager in the Digital Privacy and Information Management team at KPMG Canada, where she also led the Privacy by Design Certification program.

Sharon works with startups, multinational corporations and everything in between. She identifies privacy risks in relation to international privacy regulations, designs strategic privacy solutions for digital transformation projects, and aligns emerging technologies with privacy and ethical regulatory expectations. Sharon has worked with renowned companies in the telecommunication, financial, marketing, technology and education sectors.
